The World Known; Michael Winner is back in Barbados the place where he nearly died last year.

He just can't stay away...

Michael or is it Sir Winner, has been going to Barbados for so many years and everyone has lost track of the years but unfortunately he now has to walk with a walking stick to support himself.

All the hotel staff love him coming along though and especially after his health scare last year, where he had to have part of his leg removed.

Let's be honest though he's so COOL! :-P
